These Terms of Service govern your use of the DFW Airport Cars website and the chauffeured ground-transportation services we provide across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. By booking a ride or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

DFW Airport Cars provides chauffeured airport transfers, corporate travel, and special-event ground transportation. Service availability, vehicle types and routes may vary and are confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Reservations and bookings

Reservations may be made online, by phone or by email. A reservation is confirmed only once you receive confirmation from us. Please provide accurate flight details, pickup addresses, passenger counts and timing so we can serve you properly.

3. Pricing and payment

Fares are quoted at the time of booking and are based on the information you provide. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, tolls, or significant changes to the itinerary. Applicable gratuity and taxes may be added where relevant.

4. Cancellations, changes and no-shows

You may change or cancel a reservation by contacting us as early as possible. Cancellations made with insufficient notice, or failure to appear at the agreed pickup time and place, may incur a charge. Specific cancellation windows are confirmed at booking.

5. Passenger conduct and safety

All passengers must wear seat belts and follow the chauffeur's reasonable safety instructions. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse or end service for unsafe, unlawful or abusive behavior.

Any damage caused to a vehicle by a passenger may be charged to the responsible party.

6. Luggage and lost items

Please keep your belongings with you. While we take care to return items left in our vehicles, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or forgotten property.

7. Limitation of liability

DFW Airport Cars provides services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date last updated.
